Zoe & Jon, Wedding Venue: Personal Residence-Tenant’s Harbor

Zoe & Jon’s August wedding was beautifully set on the Maine Midcoast. Designing these wedding florals, I drew inspiration from the waterfront wedding ceremony setting and elegant and lush coastal wedding framing. The color palette for this large wedding was joyful, with August summer farm floral richness. The wedding party convened at the Craignair Inn for the rehearsal dinner, where I created wedding rehearsal flowers in soft peachy garden tones. The tables of the inn richly set in abundant soft hued garden inspired arrangements. For the wedding day, wedding planner Kristen Winters at Beehive Creative Events set the stage for me to design and install a gorgeous wedding ceremony on a deck overlooking the open horizon with quintessential Maine waterfront views. A summer wedding, I got to work creating wedding ceremony florals that nestled the couple in gorgeous florals, an expression of the overflowing happiness & joy of the couple. The bridal party florals had a country elegance, for a beautiful bride and her bridesmaids, set perfectly in this natural New England wedding setting. Wallace Events provided the reception dinner tent, and I created farmhouse style, summer color drenched florals to embody this family’s history with this landscape, arranged in heirloom, antique vases.
